Consultations are held via Zoom. Please download this app before your appointment. You will be sent an intake form after you book the appointment. Please fill this form out in detail and submit it one week before your appointment. This will give me enough time to prepare for your appointment. Not sending this form back in time could result in having to reschedule your appointment and possibly incurring a $25 rescheduling fee. During this consultation we will review timeline of the health concern(s), symptoms, family history, labs if also summited one week prior to the appointment. After the consultation I will pull together our findings and a "game plan" going forward to address your health concerns and bring you relief and answers. Initial consultations can run up to 90 minutes. Recovery does not happen overnight. This initial consultation will set you on the right path. Many people need 3-6 months of follow ups and some more, some less. I create a unique plan per individual.
